Hi Welcome to renotalk! You draw up the floor plan on your own? That's awesome! We are quite similar in a way that we didn't hire ID but engage a contractor instead. Save cost as well as we already have the concept and design in mind. We sourced ideas from magazines (home & decor, square room), renotalk etc. and show the contractor pictures of it. So far so good. But becos we don't have a 3D design, we have to be careful with colors combinations and measurements. Good luck with your renovation! Btw, what kind of theme are u looking at? Those pictures look great!

Hi eevonne, sent you a PM. We can't say we will be standing to each other COMFORTABLY but definitely enough space for a quick teeth brush! Part of the reason we got this sink is also that its something different. We have a good time finding this sink and measure all the right measurement to make sure we don't end up squeezing each other. And I love love LOVE the shower feature wall too! I keep telling my HTB (prody) "the wall very nice hor!" "this tile is nice!" "so glad we chosen this tile".. think hes abit sick of my niam niam niam.. We don't have a good space for a toilet holder so we're thinking of buying those table-top toilet roll holder that we can put on vanity shelf. Once again, thanks all for your great compliments. Makes us feel good to get some value out of our money.

Erm usually my mum will keep all those spices and pots in the bottom cabinet. Do less drawers style and u will have more space to hide the big items. And thanks everyone for the well compliments.

Our reno is coming to an end. We are touching up the little details. Our furniture will come in in Oct. Am so glad reno is over now. What a ride. Hope you will have a good one. And guess what?! White and wood is nice! We are doing the same too! We are trying to combine modern white with light colored wood (+green of course) to bring out our resort theme. Your pictures are inspiring to us! Once you got your theme, everything will progress very well. Good luck!

Wow! $2000+ for speakers is expensive! We saw this Focal Bird System at PS over the weekend and I love it! Its selling at $1399. But HTB (prody) thinks its ugly! Not sure whether its the design or the price thats turning him off! It comes with a iphone/ipod transmitter which i think is very useful. You connect and the sound system plays it.

Samsung and LG is quite good in the market as far as i know. It all boils down to what features you want for your tv. You want Smart TV? 3D? or ordinary LED? Can try Harvey Norman. They have a price compeititive policy where prices are NEGOTIABLE! We recently bought a Samsung 40" at a good deal (initially wanted 46" but measurement and space is not suitable).

Hi Is the promo still going on? we are looking at table top now. Our contractor takes in from Lian Hin which we think the design are pretty limited. We are currently looking at Caesearstone, particularly like their quartz design. Mind to share what makes u chose Silestone over Caesearstone?
