I'll like to share the works that is done by my contractor. All in all it cost us slightly less than 20k to do what is listed here. I will not regard the journey as a pleasant and smooth one but it's not extremely bad either. Next time, I will do better to manage my contractor and my project. heeee

Hello May_dream, how you get a consistent flow of same temperature water out huh? I turned, then temperature ok then suddenly became too hot so i reduced the tempature then it became too cold. so mah fan

what do you mean by it doesnt work? Mine ok leh. Just that I am still figuring out how to get a consistent flow of same temperature out. Water is now sometimes hot and sometimes not.
