huh? all neighbourhood hardware shop got sell leh. those extendable type. got many sizes(length). once you extend them to the wall, put silicon over it. best still if can put silicon before securing it. shortest one only $4.00 i think.

Did you bring the spoilt one to the shop to buy the new one? you mean after changing the transformer, you turn on the lights and they were ok for 30mins, after that ; 1) smoke came out from the transformer? and you need to reset the MCB? 2) the lights were turned OFF by itself and nothing jumps in your MCB? 3) are you using a dimmer?

your house might not actually face the WEST unless your fsm told you so. it's the sit mountain/face mountain position, not your door. only a handful of pple in this world with the right BAZI are suitable to stay in such a house.

it depends on which school of fengshui you believe in. but do take note - the best fengshui is a house by itself(bunglow/semi d) cos it gets all the good Qi. for a condo/hdb , you are actually sharing it with everybody, Qi is split among the units. try genova - they always got warehouse sale; bought many stuffs from their warehouse sale last time - $30 for a square basin, $5-$59 for water tap/faucets. stainless steel basin $199 ...etc go buy straitstime on friday and saturday - and look out for warehouse sale.

just change a new toiletbowl last mth for the undone common toilet - $130(www.genova.com.sg) + $80 basin nowadays dirt cheap - $30-$50 can get you a very nice basin liao.

so $95 + $80 = $175 for this thing you beri rich hor.

sometimes i saw their products in NTUC also but limited. their floorcleaner is around $5, just slightly more expensive than the magicclean $3. but really huge difference between 2 of them, when i clean the grouting - magicclean i still need to use greenpad. but floorcleaner - after i spray, i can see the dirt flowing liao. I bought a few 5 litres ones - $20+ nia.
