Although, I have not spoken to mike yet, but he is very fast in responding in quotations. I requested twice for quotation, he did it within a day. His quotations very detail. I use that as a guideline for me to look for other IDs/contractors. Pricing wise I found it ok so far.. although slightly higher than my budget for around 1k (I am not doing major reno). Any idea if will he have any hidden charges? I wonder should i shortlist him, because his office is very far from my living area, which is in west side.

any idea how long to wait for patrick quotation? already waiting for 5-6 days.. =/

ya. i agree.. their small small stuffs are cheaper.. but comes to major things, can see a big difference in the price.

thanks. Just gotten their quotation. Do anyone find their quotation slightly high? David quote me $1800 for a feature wall for bomb shelter, whereas another ID firm (popular in renotalk) quote me $1200.

Took half day leave to settle some stuff, after that went to Park Mall to window shop. End up buying a sofa at Modern Living. $799 w/gst. Have not decide on the colour yet. !!

I wonder if is easy to maintain white furnitures?? Saw many nice white furnitures, but I am scare that is difficult to maintain. Will the white furnitures turn yellowish after some time?? Please advice. Thanks.

I got a question here... I thinking to place a mirror at my dinning area. My dinning area will be in front of the kitchen and the kitchen's door is glass door, part of the wall is also glass. If i place the mirror, the facing will bypass the glass directly facing kichen windows. I wonder if this is ok.
