I dun quite understand. But I've got my lightings from lightings.com.sg. Cannot remember their charges but if I'm not mistaken, it's $38 for first point followed by $7 per point. N they deliver n fix at your convenience.

For painting works, I've got this Myanmar guy charging $300 to paint my 4room flat. But u have to get your own paint. Sure cheaper than those offered in the market. PM me if u need.

I have a contact that do painting services. For my 4 room, this Myanmar guy charged me $300..owner have to provide paint n protection sheet/newspaper. He will bring the brushes, roller trays,etc. He will usually bring with him 3 more workers to help. He can only work on Sundays as it's he's only off day. They managed to paint my unit in one day with double coats. PM me for details. I've also got a cheap contact for PE(hacking works).

Signed up with them recently after getting quotes from about 5 other companies. They gave the cheapest quote compared to the rest. Renovation just started last friday. So far so good.
