Hi All, Have shortlisted 5 Ids for my reno. Ben, Thomas(***) Derrick khee(Premplas) Desmond Tan-Boss(Creative interior). Marcus, Eric Lim(Summit design) Eric Teo(Aka design). Please share if your reno is done by any one of them, really appreciate that..

Just to add, before I bought my EA.. My plan was to buy my neighbour's 3 room and do the following: convert my present kitchen into mbr(with toilet).... in total 1 hall cum dinning area, 1 MBR, 4 rooms for my kids, 1 common toilet and 2 utilities room. Actually kids grow up quite fast and my wife say in advance no more reno after moving in....

your 'them' referring to who? your kids?lol

I brought my floor plan to abt 10 ids...finally got 1 came back with 5 equally bedrooms..but of cos smaller kitchen... Good luck.. doing any decal? will be nice to have a family picture on 1 of the wall...just suggesting,,cheers

wow.. 4 kids 1 room? Are they very young? I also got 4 kids... bought an EA, now pending reno....already headache about having 4 or 5 BEDROOMS.. I am neutral and below are just my thoughts. From the IDs view, it's also their hard earned $. I also got to know that some Ids do not have basic pay. Imagine we are in their shoes, after spending time to design and do quotation, client did not proceed, all the time spend will be consider wasted and u doing it 'free'. Cheers.. good luck

I went to their showroom at woodsland, impressive.. 80k reno for showroom. not easy to find,lost my way... heard they official opening in June, but they already start taking in project...if signup now gst they absorb. quotation given but still considering...

For buying, I got my agent to do paperwork only(1k) cos i go househunting myself, bought house at 6**k(imagine paying 1%).... For selling,she charge me 1%.
