It's reasonable. But as i have told many it's not advisable to overlay tiles as the existing may already be hollow. You can ask your contractor to check before laying i reckon. The kitchen cabinet cost includes the kitchen countertop rite? It's cheap. But do check on the quality of materials and workmanship ya. , Mike

Reasonable I would say. But i suggest not to overlay the tiles in the bathrooms cuz the existing tiles might be already hollow, unless your contractor/ID help you check them before laying. Check the kitchen countertop they used. $80pfr kinda cheap. Cuz kitchen tops are glued and sealed to the cabinets so if next time wanna change have to change the whole kitchen cabinet. , Mike

Hi peeps, finally got the time to share this piece of good news. I've got a brand new kitchen top! Hahaz or rather, i manage to find someone to help me remove the ugly water stains, heat marks and scratches. He's good lol. My kitchen was the overly used kind and over the years the top became dull, scratchy and stainy:( Now it looks good and new~ hehez Will post some pics soon! , Mike

Dun think it can be done dude. Usually the piping will be in way of the kitchen cabinet. So gotta see the conditions, same for the toilets. Anywayz stainless steel repiping whole house for 1 kitchen plus 2 toilets no more than 2k. If i'm not wrong copper more expensive than stainless steel now:( , Mike

Still feel its quite big... 1.5 to 2cm for the whole length of cabinet 8~10feet?. Can fill with silicon la but its gonna take awhile man. No joke. And dun use your hand la. Get a proper tool or use ice cream stick also can la lol Wellz anywayz good luck! , Mike

Hahaz most impt is you like it! I think it is very common nowadays. My houseowners also tend to want the black plus white theme, abit of the modernize minimalistic style. Makes everything looks clean and modern but adding bright colours like yours adds liveliness to the kitchen, another kind of feel~ Cheers , Mike

Hi crow, white pvc here means the layer for the carpentry works interior. Internal white pvc is the basic layer used, even for ikea carpentry works. So cheaper. Internal colored pvc means the internal layer of the carpentry work is colored = additional cost. Hope this helps. , Mike

Wow... quite a big gap to seal with silicon huh....maybe u could cover with a piece of plywood first before sealing with silicon. Best if you can post more pics so we can see more clearly. Mike

Hmmm dunno about others but no additional installation for mine. Basically is just adding the Tandem Box plus price from Blum on top of the carpentry work:) Cheers , Mike
