Quality of plywood hmmm... plywood is plywood la. There are many different types i would say. It depends on how it is manufactured ba. Plywood is actually made of many thin veneer layers. Some might be 3 layers while others might be 5 layers or even more. It is glued together, with the grains in opposite directions, in odd number of layers to ensure strength. Some contractor may reduce material by using hollow plywood, especially those that are thick with many layers. The $180 or $110 pfr might be due to factors like the accessories the houseowner wants for the work more and better quality or branded accessories = more ex lo For the blum accessories wise... installation of blum hinges and blum tandem runners is definitely free la (at least for mine) If you want other more sophisticated system like the servo, there might be some cost involved lo and the system itself is not cheap man... hahaz Cheers , Mike

Hi calmwaters, I've got the Blum pricelists. Let me know if you want them. Blum drawer sets are expensive like at least $100 per drawer. I would recommend you to buy the Tandem drawer runners instead. Much cheaper and pretty much the same (without the Blum word at the side of the drawers hahaz) Prices will be the same, depending on pfr basis and if you want blum drawers will be add on the price lo. Should be the retail price la. And Blum tandem runners and Soft closing should be included in the pfr price... at least for my contractor. Shouldn't have additional installation fees also la. Hi Terrain, Haven heard Asuka before. But 3S is definitely a Singapore brand Solid Surface Top, not as popular as the well known brands like Dupont corian and LG high matte. Quality wise i heard is not as good due to the workmanship. Never try before as we offer Dupont Corian and Samsung Soilid surface and Granite Top as a standard top to our houseowners. (unless otherwise specified) Went to the 3S Workshop in Northlink a couple of weeks ago and the boss showed me a newly imported Avonite Top, saying they are the sole distributor bla bla... but didn't really had a nice feeling when talking to him... hahaz Cheers , Mike
