To be frank to u, chemical wash is only clean up those stubborn stains on the floor, u still hv to clean it again unless u don mind dusty floor. Wat a great father! More spoon to feed nw. And of course more JOY.

I suggest u do all the washing first b4 u arrange the furnitures to move in, cos is easier to wash the hse w/o any furnitures laying ard. Happy Cleaning.

Luckily ur kitchen surface top is this color if really snow white, both of u will clean until siao everyday. White surface top really veri hard to maintain and get stain easy and obvious too.

Hi Xwih, FYI, if u are getting a new ID/contractor again better u tell him the situtation cos if you sign another new contract with him, u will be bond to two existing contract at the same time. My advise is to wait for CASE to treat ur contract void or wait for ur existing contractor to give u a black & white letter to state that they are nt pursuing this contract anymore.
