    Hi, can I check hows the cement suppose to be done? Do the tilers need to wait for the cement to be dried before laying tiles or can they be laid the same time immediately after the cement screed? I thought must wait but my tiler lay the tiles immediately after he put the cement screed. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.
