Toilet Tiles only up some of the Tiles.... They have done up abit of the service balcony..but only 3 tiles..strange?? Anyway hopefully the tile works will be done up asap..cant wait for it to compelete... This Sat will be going for Lighting selection and toilets..Good Progress

Ya i think with the tile and kitchen cabinets up..it would be nice... Today i went to meet K in the morning to discuss about the placement of the Air Con and how the Tubing will run in my house...Basically that is settle athough there was some problem but with K advice mostly settle.. Everything seems to moving smoothly..Sat is a Off day for my workers...Next week will be quite Pack for my House..Mon Electician..Tues onwards will be for Tiles...so i can upload more pictures on Wednesday as the tiles will be up..Next Sat will be going on a 5 hour tour by K on Toilets and Lightings...Wao the process of building my Nest is so exciting..Looking at the progress... But currently there is issue with the budget...running abit low..so i think will try to settle all the needs for my house first before i proceed to Sofa..coffee table etc etc ... Will be in to Update more...

Hi all... Its been sometime i have not update..Went to audio house yesterday to purchase our Fridge and washing Machine..Fridge is Mitsubishi MR- F51S($899) and washing machine is LG WFT65A31EC($329)..but anyway i have no idea which is good..Mitsubishi is a more well know brand so got it and LG was recommend by the guy so have to test it out.. Then in the afternoon i was shopping at Kakit bukit and paya lebar area for furniture and Kakit Bukit has some really nice furniture..spotted a cool coffee table and a wine display cabinat..but abit over the budget..think will drop by again once i buy the main furniture..Then Finally set my eyes on a goose feather sofa..actually saw it before but decide to bring my wife to view it again..Comfirm we are getting it...and they are giving a great price..$788.. and it looks great for our house..But i hate the store next door...i was looking at their coffee table and TV console...and i must admit they are giving a great price too...for both they are selling me 750...so i was telling them abit over budget and if $700 was ok...they say they cant give i say ok..then let me think about it..then she went to look for his bf or boss...and came back telling me the price is very low already..i admit..it is very low so i say let me think about it again..Then suddenly the boss commit saying 700..i still say i think about..and they flare up...saying that i quote 700 and they are ok i should not walk away..but hey..i need time to think right..i admit i was in the wrong to ask them for 700 and i say i think about it..but they shouldnt have lecture me right..My mind was thinking i m getting out of this store..but after i got off i was pissed off..i should have F them on the spot..HEY I M THE CUSTOMER AND I TOLD YOU I M THINKING ABOUT IT>!! If they didnt do that i would have gone back to them...but no way ..i m not going back...anyway is along Paya lebar Road after NOVA...they have great price but service Sux... I M so pissed off...sorry for the nagging.. And today was a nice day...went Tiles selecting with Mr. K and suddenly has this veri excited feeling coming out..cant wait for the reno to start and it is starting this Wednesday...Whoooooo.......

Hi Guyz and Girlz...Just to update something i discuss with my ID..While we were looking around my house to finalise the design for his drawing..he notice my system 2 aircon is still working fine..so he suddenly suggest me to put the 2 air-con for my living room instead of throwing it away..wao..in that way i only need to buy system 3 for my rooms and solve the Fan or Air problem for my living room..and with 2 Air-con..confirm will be cooling.. So i solve one issue..but i will try to resolve more and update my T-Blog..

Hi CheeseCake...Keline intro me to Mr. K so now working closely with K regarding the design..Just finish talking to him on the design and Wao..he packed with reno everywhere..so needs abit of time.. Your Design and reno was very nice so that was one of the points that made me sign with K and i like his way of working so decided to sign his company.. Hopefully my reno will start soon..

I was thinking to install it in my living room but due to my FSM advice i have to place it at the other end of my living room which looks much better but the trucking and my L-Box there..it is pretty hard..So i not going for an air-con..My idea was to have 2 tower fan left and right to make it cooling..hopefully it will work..will discuss more with my ID to find the best idea... Same Same here...But i heard from my ID LG is not as good as...was recommended by GC to look at panasonice and Hitachi.. So still debating... I think i will slowly source it out..maybe after my house is done...Mine is only 5th floor..so need to cover cover abit.. Due to my FSM advice i have to find Jade Green..and it appear that Jade green is pretty nice.. Thanks for the advice..yours is pretty cheap..could you PM the place you done yours??

When to shop around at causeway point late last night and we when to see Air-Con and portable Air-Con and also Curtains.. The Main Air-Con still debating with ME, Panasonice and Hitachi..But waiting for K's recommendation.. And i wanted to buy Portable Air-Con for my living room..looks good..but sales person told me not recommended for living room...so sian but i can't put ceiling fan..and normal fan may not be that good..Another Big problem.... Then went by the this curtain shop,went in to ask for quotation and the actual cause was 2K for the whole house..unbelieveable..so EX.. !! Need help in Curtains..anybody got any recommendation?? Thank you Thank you..

Hi Ivory, Wao you starting your reno today...So excited..hopefully mine will start soon..remember to post pictures ok..can't wait for your reno to be done.. !! The FSM was K recommendation..when to look for it and it was quite good..But K has some headache because of the design and me too..cracking my head over it..Hopefully it turn out nice..

Thanks for the advice...I will leave the size to my ID..see wat he say as the ceiling design is done by him.. But i also getting 2 tower fans for my bedroom and living as i m not a air-con person..i prefer fan.. And when friend come for MJ can use also..

HSH21 wao...5 ceiling fan ar...Ceiling Fan Fan.. I think should be getting one since i not installing air con in the living room.. Sunday will be the day i got my design for my house and the stupid RXX bank has not get back to me on my loan...so sian..everyday waiting for their approve and they take their time..hopefully can get an answer today..

Yeah...Just got my keys this afternoon...everything was veri smooth..lucky..except for the previous owner stove issue but it is resolved...Tomorrow will be the day when my FSM and my ID come together to plan for my new house...pretty excited.. Got all the stuff to offical open the door liao...8 oranges, pineapple, tea and rice...but lack of Fai Cake..dunno can not..

Hi All...thank you so much for the Birthday greetings... Its been sometime since i have log in.. I m getting my keys tomorrow..!!Yeah...but actually i got the key yesterday...the owner pass the keys to me yesterday..because i was suppose to view the house before hand to comfirm if everything is ok..so i have the keys now...Will be checking my house later with my wife... Wednesday will be the actually day i open it..got the door opening date from my FSM and he will come and view the house on wednesday as well....still left with reno loan and my reno can start...can't wait for it to start... My ID will come on wednesday as well to listen to FSM and design accounting to my FS...But my FSM say my colour is Pink and green..my ID nearly drop down from Chair...Pink and green...OMG...but i have faith in him...

Wow its great to see ppl starting reno..hopefully mine can start fast..waiting for my loan to approve.. I didn't thought of informing neighbours about the reno work leh..come to think of it..better go inform..next time life will be better..Thanks for the note..and all the best to your reno.. !!
