I got my dining light for $258...also got a little bit of customization...i had the last row of "crystals" for every light changed to black to create a lil contrast.... our kind of light can be installed in a straight line like urs or a circular fashion like mine...juz change the top metal holder thing can already... how much did u get urs for?

Yeah..convert to MP3 format will degrade the quality slightly... i use a discman to listen occasionally to the original quality of the music... im not very particular on the quality of the sound as long as it is not very bad...downgrade to MP3 can choose to have better quality (closer to original quality) and lower quality...i convert all files i want to better quality MP3 at the expense of more memory space taken...quality drop only abit..i cun tell the difference so itz ok... put all the files in the computer so convenient..i can listen to wat i want with a click and i minimize my handling of the CDs (sometimes drop lah this lah that lah) so my CDs always stay in good condition. but actually i've always wanted to juice things up a little and buy a good sound system/cd player so i can really blast things up... Nope..i missed that...but mettalica is not the last metal band to have come to singapore to perform.. Sigh from Japan came a few years back...Dark Funeral from Sweden came 3 years back...and my dream came true when SLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!! came last year....I was at all of these shows...and i was at the most front place u can get at a Slayer concert at their show... \m/ i used to fool around with some programs i found on the net and some keyboard programs and made some sounds...nothing anyone would enjoy and not complete songs. Not very educated in mixing music and stuff...but i can play drums tho...very rusty now cos i haven touched em in years...hmmmm...maybe can get a practice pad set for my new home....

datz wat we plan to do also...we will be pushing the table closer to the mirrored wall so there will be more walking space...and bring it out when there are guests also... i have already bought my dining chairs...at the same place where i bought the dining table...bought six of em..4 black and 2 red..gonna put 2 red and 2 black for normal days and bring out the other 2 for guests if therez any...the chairs are normal dining chairs with stainless steel legs and synthetic leather covers... !!

the thing bout Odex is...the boss claim on the newspapers that they juz wanna get back their loss. But they asking people to pay like $3k-$5k to them for episodes they download...worth so much meh? somemore alot of them are students who have no money to pay then the parents have to pay...wat if the family is not very well to do who cun afford to buy the anime vcds but the kids love it so much that they go and download without their knowledge? can these kids below the age of 16 yrs old be taken to task if Odex takes them to court? Alot of considerations lah...but i get the feeling that this Odex guy is really cashing in on all these poor people loh (but this is juz my own personal opinion of cos..and please note there is no fact to substantiate my opinion)...of cos got rich rich people can pay they should compensate lah...but i think of the not so well to do people i pity them loh...no give face one meh?

woah..1.8m is long man...will make the table look oh so elegant. mine is 5ft long..which is about 1.5m long think...too long for my house lah...i should have gotten 4 half ft... !! myself for never measure properly.

hello lifstyle.. Yah i saw the table at ur t-blog...itz really !! !! !! i also love all things simple and clean cut..makes the house look less cluttered. itz expensive...but everytime u go home and eat u feel shiok seeing the table...

hello oonik grl... dun wori..i believe grouting can VERY easily settle one...if the stain stays they juz "kao kao" abit and regrout..good as new!

Helloe lifestyle... oh this is the dining table u were telling me about...it definately is sleek...is the metal part shiny chrome finish or matt aluminium finish? either way it will still look good tho...+ the dark grey glass confirm make it look industrial like...cold clean and sleek....love it dude... !! wah but the price if got money buy the things u want for the house is the shiokest thing man...

therez this place in Chinatown...the whole building sell chinese art stuff...all 3 levels of it...i have seen hu lu there b4...but im sori i kinda forgot wat that building name is...anyone? i also wanna go there buy chinese caligraphy...

YES im a big music lover...my music room is my study room loh...i've got alot of CDs..but i got no juice lah... !! i juz invest in a more expensive speakers for my computer..convert all my music CDs songs into MP3 on my computer...so i can protect my precious CDs... !! Oh i love jazz too...but i still dunno alot of stuff abt jazz...i like bossa nova..have u heard Astrud Gilberto? the song "So Nice" is wat it is...so nice! love the Hammond Organ solo! I listen to alot of heavy metal also..old old Metallica is great...along with Anthrax/Slayer/Megadeth/Death Angel/Kreator++++++++++++.... no lah...last year july not 7th month...after dat i walk take cab go home my heart bom bom bom loh...

last year in July, I was at my colleague's place (307C) doing some work stuff till quite late. At about 1am like dat we both heard like dog howling like dat..sound was quite faint...it went on intermitently for like an hour. So both of us tot like hey maybe a dog is injured or trapped or something dwnstairs...so he and i went dwnstairs to check it out..it was almost 2am that day. when we went downstairs we cun hear anything...we walked ard also cun see anythng,,,checked the central rubbish chute area....so we started to walk back...while at the void deck...we heard it again. this time..it was LOUD...and it sounded like it was coming from the open field...our hair all stand loh...but still we walk to the field to see lah...we walked at the side of the field and tried to locate the sound...still cun see anything...we walked back and it howled again...this time...it sounded too loud to be a dog loh..more like a wolf...but how got wolf tio boh? sound was like long long howl like very sad like dat...exactly like the werewolf movies type sound loh.. in the end we gave up and were both quite freaked out cos it was VERY loud...the sound was not from any unit...not from the open field...it juz howled and we cun find the location of the sound...but after that day my colleague say he never heard it again lah...so in the end dunno whether itz supernatural or juz a dog...
