"furniture" mean new or old ?? if new furniture(s) got different delivery date, how to ensure all good date within the time-frame? or only the 1st furniture move in date can already? so moving all things from old flat to new flat need good date again ? If not so free to have many annual leaves to do this how??

Hi, mind advice me how u all QC the plastering & painting works? How do u consider "acceptable" and stop asking constructor to touch-up? Hole/gap between the wire-case/L-box OK ? Little "dot" (painting) pop out from the wall surface OK ? Lines on surface OK ?

I order StarMEX sys-3 R410 gas @ Hong Txx (Tampines) in May. When I want to install the unit in Jun, they tell me no stock, had to wait till Jul Then I gota take the StarMEX sys-3 using the old R22 gas if needed in Jun. Their stock inventory really lousy!!

Any1 bought new heater had water drip out from the inlet? I just bought 2 Panasonic instant heater from Ban Senxxxx, 1 heater when I take out, got water drip out from the inlet, when I take back to the shop, they said the vendor "test" to ensure the heater is functioning good.
