Hi Kelhy, Thanks for the compliment I bought my chair from OM, it was about S$180++ after their opening discount. It was initially priced S$200++. (Toys not included. lol) Not sure if they still carry this range, gotta check. Good luck in ur furniture search ;D

Ya, he is 8 years old already. In dog years is considered ah pek. He like to laze around everywhere which is considered a good ting since he makes himself feel at home.

Look on the brighter side, it might mean they got more time to be detailed. For us our, handing over is quite tight plus CNY period. Hence, we were very focused on getting a contractor who can commit to our requirements. If not, will b sleeping on the streets with my dog your reno is progressing well. My westie is a male. Used to loved marking on wood stuff when young. Now, he's grown, more matured but im still reluctant to take risks especially for those odd occasional periods where we r out of house for a longer than usual. Maltese r obedient, in law have a female one...much tamer. Homo tiles good choice for dog owners. Must dog proof. Prevention is better than cure, lol. We r fans of French n baroque style too!

Spike doll, the feeling of staying in EM is Personally, I felt it is really bang for buck. I'm meant for what most EM owners r paying, they could afford a condo easily. But the space is incomparable. Staircase always gives a landed feel. I called our apartment hi rise landed, hahaha- best of both worlds. My westie is handcarried by me up and down. I fear he will skid or trip hence really take extra care. He is really happy with the space and smiling everyday. He likes to peep me from the top n check whenever I'm at level 1 doin hsework. U too must take care of yr dog, if he's a bit slow means the steps might be a bit steep. My westie is considered a toy dog. Big toy dog as he's fat.
