There is no such thing as life time warranty ,this is a gimmick to customers. This is too good to be true. When the company goes bust your warranty is in smoke as well. They are super exxed lah unless you have fat wallet, otherwise how the boss drives around in Maserati ahh.

It is always better to get one party to execute most of the works other wise you have to liase with many parties. Landed renovation is different from that for condos . For very specialized work nature like landscaping etc, is ok to deal directly. Will pm you the contact. Cheers

the lower the false ceiling, lesser wall tiling works also. 2.1 m is juts too low...same like 1.2m for common corridor..
