  2. Hi all... i thought i will add... www.justenjoylife.com... seems new... they pm me... i got to their website... ordered 2 cushions from there.. pretty big and good....got them on saturday!....COD now as their site still pending launching... i must say their cushion pretty unique... suits my scanteak sofa! how to post picture here? green vs cream good. they are launching soon and only cushions are already available... furniture coming soon.... also pre-ordered 1 peacock chair (looks good for hot weather... pickett and rail sell almost dbl price) for my living room lounging area... so far so good... cos i "chop" 1 only never make payment hehehe.... they never ask from me which makes the whole thing more ok for me... see how it goes... they launching in 6 days but can download their catalog to preview first....
  3. wait.... i feel a bit strange... replying to a thread sudden replied 2 years after.... are you from the designer chair... sorry i can't help but ask... dn't mean harm... is studio 1961 the designer chair too...? since someone says soulite is from studio 1961...?
  4. hihi successsc... congratulations... i always see their lorry on the road but never able to see find them online, and saw them along pie near bukit baotk but never open (maybe i only travel at wrong timing also).... can share pictures of your purchase? interested to see...
  5. Oh.. did they have a showrrom or is online store?
  6. Hi Jo27...can you share more? Wht's the damage?...How's the buying experience?...Warranty?... The price looks steep on the website to me.... how's delivery like and quality like... I am also looking to buy some chairs... .... 7 weeks seems a long wait... any existing stock they carry....?
  7. pills... l can share what i found these days. mainly online store. i been researching a lot. i think i am one of the lucky ones. i buy i never really have to exchange or return. btu after reading so much online. its good to ask. i ever had an experience from scanteak, they only give store credits but still ok, can buy tick tick tock tock things. many ppl have also talk about it in this forum. i remember 1 say the delivery haven't make, cannot exchange color but finally give in. 1 say can only refund store credit even though is no stock availability. problem is when u walk inside a store, you never think of refund or return policy. wrong mentality i think. the following is the ones i know have free returns. i need furniture gives, but reshaping like never open for business anymore. beds also give and i ever google and the ceo is responsive to the forum and ppl complaints. although its many years ago, shows so credibility there. there's a new furniture online store just enjoy life, some more on the spot return if you like warranty should ask. by lemon law by right u r protected 6 months against manufacturer defect. if they say no. i think the seller not supportive of lemon law, and will be difficult to claim against or fight them. i read a thread on leather goods just recent one, they can give 4-5 years warranty on the leather. but i can imagine its expensive. really good tanneries type.
  8. kalimantan, i go fb sense art, pmb etc. there's a guy there called kelvin lim that replies ppl's post on sense art walll. i think that's the guy ppl are slamming. he got some photos there. parc vista very near lakeside..
  9. what's a c&c? and indent basis? I chat with the guy via SMS too... pretty prompt in replies...
  10. Really sorry to hear so much stuff going on here. I do agree that I am amuse with the replies from Senseart. Coincidentally, as i was clearing my recycled items, i picked up a copy of weekender dated 1-2 weeks ago and there you go... Sense Art advertorial is there.... Hope this gets resolved soon.. Good luck guys.
  11. Haha. Cos i guess i have never quite get used to it. but ur right. dogbone hard to find pillow case... i tried dogbone ( i don't know the real name) and it's more plushy than symphony... it's like the foam is torn apart inside. pretty good feeling..
  12. i msg posh-home and they told me i have to pay freight charges... yes u r right... freight to ship the goods from china to singapore... pretty shocking to me when i hear that... i didnt buy from them in the end... i was looking for the wishbone chair look alike..
  13. Don't go brighton! I was served once like maybe 3-4 years ago. The person chose to hoard us like a bee, and we tried to politely tell him to go serve others instead of us. He went on to serve us so ok, and we had some questions. he very pushy to sell us princebed mattress. But we were making some decisions and decided not to buy, he stomped off. very rude. and he made pretty rude remarks saying we are of one kind, see see only no buy. i mean, that's normal and ok right? why should we be pressurized into buying.
  14. i am using tempur original 20 for close to 3 years... it's been very good.. no regrets... thought i probably should have consider cloud or sensation more for the sinking feeling.... no warm feeling without aircon it's ok. with air con also no difference. i think key thing is also your bedlinen must be good... we use intero bedlinen very good... we did try john little staples series and it was terrible (though the threadcount was high). pillow wise, we never quite used the symphony pillows. need to buy the right size and the size matters becos of the height. take the crush fill pillow (think they call dogbone) will be the best... don't take the symphony... take the bolster type also good... use symphony might as well use stylemaster
  15. can consider ineedfurniture.. though they seem to be undergoing a reshaping for a very long time, not too sure if they will be back... their furniture quite nice..
  16. this is quite surprise to me... lush lush is like quite atas type one right.... actually, i won't be surprise if places like them jack up their prices so much... look at the rental and overheads they are going to cover...
  17. I think wishbone chair might be your solution. it's a woven chair with wood frame. Why is wood frame no good for the kitchen? wood should be easily cleaned. the feeling of sweat on the plastic chair can be unbearable...
  18. I am considering buying furniture online. Like to sound out the general public view on this? Hoping to hear some personal advice and experience! Looks like in general buy online or physical also at risk of bad delivery service, bad goods received. Senseart, grakfunt, etc. is what i hear in the recent threads. buy online seems to be cheaper (logical to me, cos no physical store). but not able to feel and touch. but designs look pretty good and modern. I went to IFC, ikea. Scan Teak etc. Touch feel go home, also forgot. Sofa firm or not firm also all about the same. Fabric hot or not hot, leather hot or not hot, all air conditioned can't tell much. all sort of boils down to design only. Anyone can share more? My cousins in australia bought furniture online and the comment is good for value!
