  1. Regarding the oven, will i be troubling u if i asked u to send me some pics of the actual oven, as in how it looks like sitting in ur built in..and the knobs do they have any markings of the functions? Is the oven totally digital in changing the functions? Do we have to rely on the screen to change functions or is it marked on the knobs? I went to their showroom but the BO800d no longer on display.they replaced with a newer model, but the newer model doesnt have bottom heat only. U can email to me at suicidebox@gmail.com Thank u so much!!
  2. I there, may i know how is the oven HE635? Any problems using it after some time? Does heat spread evenly? I love the design of the oven.
  3. So far how is the hob? Is the fire too big? I intend to get the same hob..but saw a person with the same model but in stainless steel said that they cant use the burner on the right as the wok might fall of. Would love to hear some comments on you since uve used it for quite some time now.
  4. Hi there, i bought a blanco sink and tap, pleon 8. Any opinions as to should i undermount it or topmount better? And also darker colour or lighter better. If i take darker colour like black or rock grey will there be any whitish spots? Anybody using this sink?

  8. Heard that electrolux is a good oven to roast chicken.. Their oven capacity is 74l.maybe u can try google more info on this brand.
  9. U can check out Bosch, electrolux, kuche, rinnai, ariston. Some models are lesser than 1.5k
  10. From what i have researched thru renotalk forum reviews.brandt is a good oven.. i would have bought it if i had the $$.
  11. Anybody heard of the brand Kuche, stumbled upon it recently. Went to the showroom today to have a look, but they dont have the old model on display which i badly wanted to see. Instead they have a new oven which just launched abt 1mth plus already according to the lady.Their new model nice, KBO810D but don't have bottom heat only function which I'm looking for..if not i would have bought that already just now. Anybody knows where i can see the display of kuche oven model BO800D (OLD MODEL). Im the type of person who need to see and touch it before i buy for appliances.haha..Dont want to regret later on.. Anyone used this more than a year? KBO810D (NEW MODEL) BO800D (OLD MODEL)
  12. Thanks! Will be checking it out later.May i ask where u bought it from and how much?
  13. Have u tried baking cookies and cakes yet? Does the heat spread evenly, and does the goodies turn out nice.? And for grilling, easy to clean up? Im in love with the design of kuche oven..finally found some reviews here!
  14. looks like Electrolux is not used by many people, i just cant seem to find any reviews from people who had actually used it.. Would like to know in terms if heat is distributed evenly, easy to clean, the bakes came out nicely done? etc? From what i gather in this forum, Bosch is great as a basic oven for baking, but for grilling it will stain your oven. My husband wants me to grill meat, chicken, which is why im contemplating. But price is within budget. Went to the showroom at harvey norman yesterday to compare the Bosch and Electrolux, the Bosh HBN331E2J design wise was so much better than Electrolux, but the door sucks, it just slams down. Electrolux has really big knobs which i tot were a bit ugly..hehe..but the capacity inside was spacious and the door doesnt just slam down, i dunno what its called.hehe. Only thing is i just want to hear opinions from people who had used electrolux oven. One more thing Is it possible to do kek lapis without top heat?
  15. Finally! Ive made a decision on hob and hood. Down to the last part, the OVEN. I love to bake especially cakes, brownies and cookies, pizzas.. and also grilling chicken/meat/fish. In my old oven always had the problem of cookies not turning out crispy.Grilling was fine but it took quite some time. Well, the old one was just a table top oven bought by mom. So for my new home, i would like to get an oven that can fullfill my needs.Something nice on the eyes and serves it purpose well I have come down to these 2 Ovens. Basically because price range for both is within my budget. I chose these 2 because of the Functions which i will use a lot. Both are almost the same with the electrolux having a few added functions. I have listed the functions of both ovens in hope to get some opinions which is more worth it. The only concern i have is, does the ovens serves its purpose well, any probs with the heating, min lifespan for these ovens? Cos i heard of some unlucky people whose ovens actually had problems after months of usage. Is it easy to get the parts or have it fixed if in any case spoils. For those who has used this oven pls share ur reviews with me. Most appreciated. 16. Hi! So far how has your bosch items been doing for you, especially the oven? I read from the forum a lot of complains on their after sales service. Any opinions from you? Cos im intending to get the same oven as yours. Does it bake and grill well, any complains? Thanks
  17. i just read thru the forum regarding bosch and its after sales service, and frankly now i feel quite scared to purchase it. What are you opinions? Can bosch ovens last long? What about other brands like Electrolux, rinnai, brandt, technogas? is the after sales service good?
  18. u can go to mega at kallang, we just got a system 4 mitsubishi starmex inverter at $3780.
  19. nice! Too bad above my budget
  20. Thanks for the info! Actually i kind of like the brand electrolux, bosch. As for hob and hoods, is it better to get in a package or buy separate? Cos some ppl say buy separate actually cheaper. What questions do i ask the sales in order to get the right hob and hood and to choose a good one. Im unsure of all these things, i cook but never before took note of my mom's hob and hood. Hers is turbo in canto but sadly, it only lasted for a few years only. I intend to go for slimline hoods. Is it better to go for battery operated or electric? Actually i thought of getting battery operated cos its recommended by my contractor, but the sales lady told me if i intend to put my oven below my hob, there will be no way to change the battery... Is it necessary to have an oil reservoir for the hood? Any models you can recommend me?
