i do agreed on that as for the remove the rubbish chute right as bound to damage on some tiles and i believe the contractor will replace it without fail bah... so just took it as cover the tiles bah.

should i or jus let the contractor settle everything?

no leh, the HDB call me up already and told me as long as my main door is more than 3m away from the staircase or lift. dun need to change to fire rated door. normal one can liao.. anyone know roughly how much it cost for a normal main door?

anyone bought ikea cabinet but buy basin from outside?
