Anyone knows where can i buy 5 elements paintings? (not hand drawn type. it has 5 elements in the picture frame). So far only "Yuan zhong xiu" at IMM / Tiong Bahru is selling, cost abt $1000. Anyone bought it @ cheaper price at other shops?

hi hi.. u mean the City Gas heater pipe? or u mean the City Gas Heater itself? i didnt get City Gas, so i dont have the big round thing outside the main toilet however,the small pipe is still prutruding there, i didnt do anything to cover the pipe

hi blueblue, yup kitchen cabinet is carpentry..oh like that ah. has the carpenter came to ur hse to measure already? if yes..then its reasonable to give the 40%. if the carpenter havent come, i duno how they can start the kitchen cabinet at factory.. u need to be at ur hse with the carpenter also, so cannot be that the carpenter come to measure himself without u hmmm..

CityDesign always has nice 3D drawings Everything starts from 3D drawings, so that u can have a clear idea on how will ur place looks like. A nice 3D drawings is a good start!! hehe. good luck to ur reno

er, i duno what is the thickness leh..i check it out again. i didnt know that we can chose the thickness leh, keke. the additional cost for the granite top is abt $1k. mine is slightly more costly cos its 2.5ft wide and they used a bigger piece of granite so that there is no joint gap in between

v detailed 3D drawings..bedroom looks v cozy..which ID company ah? the "right angle" wall at the dining area is nicely covered! hehe
