some update, HDB informed me that they only provide up to 40mm of screed. im using a 3-5mm vinyl for bedrooms, also mean that i need to pay extra to the hdb contractor if i wanna top up to 45mm or so...another thing is the waiting time, it will be 4-5weeks...i have neighbour who got key since mid march, till now screeding not done by HDB yet =\ -

finally bought this Golden Ear Cinema 5.1 with 2x SuperSat 3, 1x SuperSat 3C (center speaker) and 2x in-ceiling Invisa 525 surround speaker and 30m of speaker wires gonna look for a decent AV receiver soon, shopkeeper recommended me Yamaha, maybe i will just get the Yamaha RX577 because of its built-in wifi n airplay function bought 2 sets of rain shower thinking of getting JOVEN 35L storage heater from JB, but friend don recommend me because of its QAQC & warranty. he says for a $200+ item not really worth it and he is malaysian -_-||| -

new requirement of prepacked cement screed kick in is starting June 2015...but HDB no longer provide complimentary screeding...thats y need to appeal -
