Yeah, actually most of the items quoted already has a certain buffer on it. But it really depends on your id/contractors. How high they charge. Of course they need to earn money right? I encountered 1 id/contractor (from malaysian, why I know? Cos he drive malaysian car), charge my neighbours over hundreds of extra tiles for a 4 room 90 sq ft. And until now, my neighbour still have not rec' his quotation!! But too bad, my neighbour as if gana his black magic, will let him do. There is one unit, let him do the reno., you know how much? 1) 5 room unit = $60k. 2) 5 room unit = $56k. Before that, I asked the 1st owner, how much is the quotation, she said dont know. Wait for the reno to complete then ask him to calculate. FAINTED!!

Oh ok...I think better ask a very sweet lady voice to bargain!! Sure got good discount. But what if that guy lost money on horse racing? NO DISCOUNT LIAO!

Hi NEM Yeah went down to see the units. Hmm... I think not so soon. Kitchen cabinet esp. the top has not mounted yet, tony told me door going to install this afternoon. Hmmm I think I better tell Gina to let me know which unit is really COMPLETED. Just like the 5 room level 3 at Blk 26A. Can actually see the granite top, doors, everything. Yes better to have undermount, over mount will have water seep in at the edge especially washing dirty plates or cups. Over time, the edge will get dark colour.
