My foyer display cabinet glossy laminate was chip off around the screw!! They recitfied already but not sure what they use. Door and glass door is now firmly sit on it (no shaky liao). Anyway, my glossy cabinet (milky colour) has 1 tiny hole. They use liquid paper to cover it! You have to slowly slowly glance thru then you will be able to spot it. Anyway, overall, well done! ...to be continue...... Hi TEA....wow, must be very bright and sunny (open concept)! I love bright and sunny around the house! It makes the owners feel happy about it! And not many pple opt for open concept. Hope one day can visit you house!

Yes...hahaha Anyway, for the grainte tiler (Ah Seng) : attitude : 1 / 10, worksmanship : 2 / 10 Overall: 3 / 10. For those doing granite tiles, ask for more experience tilers, dont go for Ah Seng.

Hi Steve, at least yours is paint work. Can repaint. Mine is granite tiles work. Cannot hack liao! I have to live with it for the rest of my life. Anyway, if I am rich again, I am consider shifting again.

For me, what I feel proud is my blue pearl and imperial golden! And paint works also very good (done by Vince, you can see my blog for those). Window grill no problem, good! Kitchen cabinet : Good. My mu was impress with the concrete support! Yeah, my previous house also like that when I changed to pvc pipe, lots of noise and sometime very scary too! But then you will get use to it lah.

For what I know...plse dont be too 100% believe in it. There are 2 types of spiders. 1 type are those student play with it right? It is ok! Every new house got it. Mine also. Another type is those tiny leg legs and they make web at the corner of the house??? Those are consider no good, but please dont mean that your family will have harm. The reason is that those tiny long leg spider prefer house empty, they dont like pple in the house, cos they need to do web. So, if a house has no pple and seldom pple come home, those spider will like it! They prefer no human beings in the house. Back to my topic, Mr Chong, what is the meaning? I read that bird in the house is bad luck! As someone gonna die! Sound scary!

Oh...I got what you mean, is it the pipe (at the toilet)?? As I am staying at the top floor, I dont have any pipe at the toilet. I even hack away the box.

Hi Neighbours If you have any faulty electrician, water heater, taps, sink leaks etc....I can recommend my neighbour, he's an ex electrician, now living in blk26a. You may give only coffee money if you engage him. HAPPY

I was about to post this matter too. Mine is the water heater, it has the current that flow thru' the water heater. But produce no warm water/hot water. Check using testpan and found out that all has current. Initially thought that the water heater has spoilt but then I just bought it less than 3 month old. So, engage my neighbour and he check for me and found out the severely undergauge wire at the junction box. My friend cut off that piece of wire and have a new wire gauge and woala! The water heater ok! So, for those out there, if experiences no hot water and there is current, check at the junction box for any burn out. It might save you money if you engage a electrician to check or the supplier (transport charges).

It is better that when you are cooking, you can see the entrance and can see who's coming into the kitchen. And not while cooking, suddenly someone tip on your shoulder and gave you a flight.

My neighbour wall (outside common access area), dripping with dirty water...the wall inside is the kitchen. The common access wall happen to be outside and not inside meaning inside will be able to do as the guy can stand and maybe drill a hole or something like that. Outside have to have a string attached and lower the crane.... The guy told my neighbour need to hack the kitchen cabinet!!! Aiyo...seem like blk25b got problem!!!
