  1. Hi, I'm looking for the Nile Sofa Bed by The Tatami Shop. Preferably with receipt and original bag please. Please PM me with the condition, colour, age and asking price. Thank you.
  2. Lovely, clutter-free and I agree totally with no need for too much storage space. Although for my case it's because I would like to have the flexibility of shifting things around and changing the layout, except for the kitchen and bathrooms. Looking forward to viewing your kitchen photos.
  3. Lovely, thanks for sharing I've enjoyed reading your short, easy-to-read and plenty of photos T-blog. Could I trouble you for your ID and curtain maker contacts, please? I'm also quite a chillax person and would prefer to entrust the work to someone with a good track record and takes responsibility and initiative. I was cracking my head over what to install to safeguard my cat but didn't like the look of mesh. Didn't think of 7cm grills! Thank you!
  4. Your reno and plans look exciting! Will be a very unique apartment for sure, can't wait to see the end result. On the easel, I've not seen it before but I should think it's not difficult to custom make it to the right frame for your tv. Ask your ID?
  5. Looks good, still very spacious with the light colours
  6. Hi both, Would be a great help if you could PM me your contractor details too, please. Thank you
  7. Hi, Thanks for posting such detailed and humorous reading (I'm still reading past midnight!) about your reno journey. The taobao guide is very helpful as well. Could I trouble you for your reno con's contact details, please? Carpentry is also highlight for my place. Thank you PS: Your mailbox is full, no surprise there
  8. Good post and definitely helpful for first-timers like me. Thanks for taking the effort to write up. Your home looks good too!
  9. Hi Linda, Thanks for sharing on the forum. I just bought a resale flat, 1st-timer, and would like to take the no ID, just reno con route as well to spend money on what is necessary. Would you be so kind as to let me know your contractor's quotation, contact details, as well as what I should be giving by way of ideas, information, instructions to the contractor since I'd have no ID? Thank you. My email is lipglossfiendwordpress@gmail.com
  10. Hi, I've just purchased a 27 year old resale flat, 4A model. My floor plan is below. I don't intend to hack any walls, though I am open to changing the door directions. My queries are: 1) The kitchen has its internal space eaten up by the toilet, the rubbish chute and also the storeroom. What would you recommend as a feasible layout for the sink, cooker/hob and washing machine? The chute is currently covered over by the sink that was moved right over it (old reno style). Should I leave it open, or create a "yard" with making a L-shape with the sink sticking out. However, that won't leave me much space with walking since the toilet extrudes into the kitchen floor space. 2) Both the toilets for MBR and common are on the smaller side. The big ugly Y shape pipe is only in the common toilet. How can I create a spacious enough shower area, preferably with glass door or screen for the MBR toilet and/or common toilet? Thanks in advance!
