    Our island is useless, according to hdb rules, u can only use the existing kitchen area as the wet kitchen, even do a island, it can only be a dry kitchen, cannot put sink or stove.

    Renovation Journal (Daily) - Day 28 Apologies for the poor lighting. Went to take photo late at night after work. Partition walls are up for master bedroom, dining area false ceiling design completed and toilet box up plasterboard installed. The Distribution board also installed by the electrician.

    You can change the position of the wc by using a p trap connector instead of the original s trap connector. However you need to buy those p trap wc, mostly are those suspended type and they cost about 600 to 900 for one, there are also higher price range type above 1k but i think its not worth to spend anything above 1k for toilet bowl.

I brought my stuff all mostly from local And most of the applicance is by friend connection to buy at a very good price then what outside can offer or promotion price.

    Renovation Journal (Daily) - Day 26 More false ceiling works, box up most of the aircon trucking and also level the beam at the master bedroom by adding addition plaster board.

    Renovation Journal (Daily) - Day 25 False ceiling works goes into the kitchen and patching up works for previous false ceiling works. Foundation lay for common room.

    Renovation Journal (Daily) - Day 23 The Starhub guys came today to run the network cable for the IP TV set top box. One for the master bedroom and one at the living room. The two point are FOC.

    Renovation Journal (Daily) - Day 22 Some patching works as well as painting the big waste pipe in the master bathroom in preparation for the ceiling works and box up works. After the painting, the pipe looks blend in with the entire color scheme of the master bathroom.
