  1. Cannot leh... it states: You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.
  2. Can teach me how to do it? I tried copy+paste the link from photobucket to here... all Direct, HTML & IMG doesn't work... I tried uploading into other albums in the gallery and it works. lol.
  3. Testing testing using Photobucket... (deleted) Testing using other album in gallery... Since already post this photo as a test... this is the storage water heater we bought (Joven 35L).
  4. Question about Photos upload Are we only allow 1 album under our own Gallery? I have uploaded 50pics into the album & it doesn't allow me to add photos anymore. Can we choose other albums from other categories such us "Bedrooms", "Kitchens" and upload there? Are those album for everybody to upload into?
  5. Yea the store manager there is good! Mine is 8Kg. Samsung WW80H5400.
  6. Very heart pain to see many holes on wall tiles right? ><" So sometimes i feel if i am not there to see it, and they patch it before i go down... it will be better HAHAHA. Such ignorance is bliss?
  7. Hahaha i get what you meant on the 3Ds. Before we got our keys, I would like to have the 3Ds perfected as close to the actual as possible. This allows us to have a better visual idea that we didn't choose the wrong laminates/tiles to match the feel we wanted. Unfortunately, I'm not those that can visualize how different materials can come together & how they will look like on the actual product lol. The 3D we received actually helped us to re-choose my MBR bathroom wall tiles. But ever since we got the keys, 3Ds are no longer in my priority. More or less settle on all the materials choice. Now just left with carpentry layout drawings. I do realized some ID companies have very good in-house designers that gave superrrrr nice 3Ds... or rather they only post their 3Ds online to showcase their work. I wonder how the actual homes turn out.
  8. Hello! I have similar kitchen colour theme as yours! Just that my laminate is running on horizontal instead of vertical. Looking forward to more updates!
  9. End of Week 3 Today, we went back to Gain City @ Marina Sqaure to purchase our Samsung Fridge & frontload Washer. The boss of this outlet gave us the best prices we could find. It's even lower than what GAB quoted. Samsung Fridge (Made in Korea) Samsung Frontload Washer The past 3 weeks, reno progress seems a bit slow. Is it normal for demo & wet-work stage? Our reno schedule is target to complete by mid-December (a total of 10 weeks). Can't wait for carpentry stage to start!

  11. I wish i can be there more often... but don't have so much annual leaves leh. You're self-employed uh? For aircon fixing, equipment delivery & installation, we will arrange to be there. During carpentry stage, we will try to go down daily to check the progress.
  12. Not bad... you can have new ideas when you visit the house everyday. Now my place is in wet-works stage... all i can see is mess mess mess + why is this & that not done yet? hahaha. Trying not to freak out and tell myself it's part of the reno process...everything will turn out okay. LOL. But my husband is the calm & cool one... he can see beyond the mess and into the finished product. So with all the new ideas that struck u along the way, does it cause any delay to your reno?
  13. Ya we came back before they do the patching... see so many ugly holes drilled everywhere for the piping Yes so glad it's sorted! Phew~~~
  14. Aircon Piping Installation This morning, we met the GC aircon guys together with our ID at 10+am. When we were discussing on how the pipings should go, there were really a lot of crucial decisions to make on the spot. Once we confirmed the piping routing, the GC guys said we can come back later around 4-5pm when they are almost done. If they finish early, they will give us a call to come back and sign the D/O. So we went off to IKEA for lunch and shopping while our ID went off for the rest of his appointments. When we returned around 5pm, all the routings were done. They were plastering all the holes (which made me felt a bit heartache to see so many holes in our new walls... am i the only one who feels this? lol) and everything seems great. THEN before they were about to leave, the GC guy told us to inform our ID to leave a gap (45" x 16") at our living room false ceiling to allow for the aircon to fit in. We were like :jawdrop: Then i recalled reading from some t-blogs about this issue... there is really not much of a choice eh? So we were like "huhhh... hmmm... okay lor... " then the GC guy helped us to write the dimension on the ceiling for our ID to see. After they left, I showed le husband some pictures what the GC guy meant by leaving that gap in the false ceiling for the aircon. But then something struck me : we can put our aircon on the other side that is w/o false ceiling! because we are only doing false ceiling for half of the living room! Then we won't need to have a hole in our false ceiling! By then, it was about 10mins since the aircon guys left. We faster locked the door and hope to find them downstairs or at the carpark (which we saw there were 3-4 GC vans there in the morning)... hoping they can help to re-route it for us. Everything really happened so fast & furious... ><" If they are gone (very likely), we have to ask them to come back again to change the routing...which i think will have extra charge? BUT we were super blessed! We found them almost done loading their stuff into their van at our block's driveway! So we told them the situation and asked is it possible to help us change the piping route for living room (super paiseh to trouble them) and they kindly agreed! Awesome service! This is what i meant... This is what it looked like originally. The aircon unit is to be located on the beam, hence need to leave a (huge) gap on the false ceiling: We asked them to shift it to the left, where the piping will come out from bedroom3. That half of the area is w/o false ceiling. It will be located above our sofa: So now we have 2 holes on the wall...hahaha... Our ID will get his worker to mend the hole under the beam, and the aircon guys will complete the piping when they come back next time to fix up the aircon units. Really thankful that they are willing to help us made the change despite the inconvenience... now I can sleep in peace
  15. OH MY GOSH. You guys were so right! Really had to be there to check either throughout the process or go back before they are done. See my update about what happened today lol.

  18. Ya that's what i was thinking too... if my ID stay the whole day, he no need to meet other clients le. hahaha. But he will be there to meet the aircon guys with us Ya when they told me it's a one day job from 10.30am to probably 4/5pm, i was shocked! Didn't know it's sooooooo longgg. I thought a few hours only. Grew up living with parents seems like the aircon just "magically" appeared someday hahaha. My ID will be there with us in the morning to let them know how we want to run it, then he probably will leave for the day. I think my hubby & i will sneak out in between to go IKEA for lunch & walk around then go back to check before they leave.
  19. Wow! You really made a lot of effort! Twice a day... Salute! Maybe when the lightings are up, we can go daily after work. We went there yesterday after work and it's almost 7pm... cannot see anything lol. Thanks for the great tips of taking photos of the piping before conceal! Our ID will be meeting us together with the aircon people to discuss how the piping should be done etc. But i'm not sure will he stay throughout cos it's a full day's job. Guess my husband & i have to stay there throughout ><"
  20. Mr. B (our ID) is back from his holiday! So he sent us many photos However, it's still much in progress hence i shall not post up all the messy photos. Here are some of the things done till date... Living Room: Tiling + grouting 70% doneKitchen: Cabinets concrete base on both sides done. Hacked wall made good. MBR Bath: Wall tiles and shower kerb completed.Common Bath: Shower kerb completed.Citygas is going to install piping today. Hence Mr. B is there now to take care of it. Tomorrow GC will come to do aircon piping installation for the wholeee dayyy. Just wondering... when they do the installation, do you guys stay there throughout till it's completed? Or can leave halfway and come back later? Or don't have to go back at all?
  21. The Medallion looks so cool! Can't wait to see it up at your place! By the way, is the door viewer good? (Image quality wise) I saw Groupon selling and considering to get it maybe after I move in.
  22. Thank you for your reassurance! I was having doubts on whether we chose the right tiles because it's not completed when i last saw it and I felt it's not as nice as i thought. >< Hope it will be great after everything is done up! And thanks for the recommendation! HTL prices look good eh. Any idea they have any other outlet beside the one at Gul area?
