One is stainless steel 304, looks a little ugly, while the other is nice and may rust?? Any one used either of these system? Thanks a lot!

    Just bought a Joven 25L heater from XX Bathroom at Geylang Road. Quoted $230 and bargained for $225. Btw, Joven 35L going for $250. Installation will be done by my ID's plumber.

    I am about the start renovation soon and on tight budget. My contractor quoted me $7K for a 6mm vinyl (ECO brand) for HDB 5RM (125sqm) minus kitchen and 2x bathrooms. Is this price reasonable? Checking if anyone can offer 6mm vinyl at a better price.
