    Got a toshiba invertor sys 3 at gain city...upgrade our insulation to ARMFLX 3/8" & Upgrade to 22 copper...5 yrs warranty (covers all part, labour and transports) - all at 3,000 (RAS3M20SACV) <-- check the NEA website suppose to consume less energy than ME starmax.

    Hi... my wife and I are getting a 5rm flat from HDB and hope to get some advice Previous owner of the house had renovated the house and placed marble flooring However, the color of the marble is pinkish. My wife is contemplating of removing all the marbles and replace with white color tiles as she like to have a modern theme. currently, our budget is a bit tight and may only have 20k for renovating the entire house. Can we still have modern theme with the existing marble flooring? any suggestions? thanks
