Really want to see after polishing how is the flooring like... coz previous owner really didnt really maintain it properly.

Hihi, can i know where did you get the tv console and how much is it? Does it have legs/gaps between the floor and bottom of console? I'm looking for one that has no gaps so tt dust will not get trap inside.

Some updates from the past week... Too busy to go check out hse. i) Walls were painted. Didnt get to see if they had indeed used sealer and EzyWash series. myself. ii) Lights installation done on Friday. All are correct but one of the warm (yellow) bulbs was placed wrongly --in storerm instead of MBR toilet. iii) Fans installation were done today. Didnt know fan blades has one side silver and one side black. We chose to see black blades (facing down). iv) made amendments to kitchen island and some kitchen cabinets doors to drawers. Hope they look ok. *cross fingers* v) They will be doing the acid wash tomorrow (yes, sunday... seems like these washing ppl work on p/t basis). After that, left capentry. BUT I forgot to bring my digicam. myself again. Will go down on Mon to take and post here. And to get YT and Wellmax ppl to confirm design and measurements.

I vote for Feature 3. Although it's plain (2 lines across), but i think it'll bring out the length of yr wall-mounted tv. Thot that the other 2 will be kinda wasted in terms of designs as the TV may obstruct some part of the square/lines.

Aiyo, cannot ask me abt WM and dryer de. I am an absolutely sotong abt it. Only my mum uses the WM. I hand-wash everything. But i will still get one because of practicality reasons (hubby to wash the clothes in future. )

Babytan, Actually, i read somewhere tt sink support can be hidden behind normal wood doors, thus i went for it. Else, may hesitate because i'm scared of rotting wood. Apple's concrete support is the open version. You imagine the wooden doors when they are installed. Greycat, Yr idea sounds neat! Then no need to see one lobang when sitting down @ sofa.

I told him, bo swee leh, and cannot hide with those corner shelf (for shampoo, etc) coz i happen to have a shower panel there. Then he said he'll get back to me... next thing, he msg me to say if hafary can get the tiles cut in the same width, he will get it retiled. You could probably try to hint yr ID.

Thank you. We were surprised tt the bartable could come up so nice also, because our thinking of bartables were those like something like a table with lotsa wood around it.

I have the same issue too, and my tiles are from Hafary. My ID told me that that particular shade (i chose 2 shades from the same 'family' of tiles, so shd be same width), it was cut in China. Thus, the difference. My ID told them to get that shade and get it cut in SG where it's really the same width as the lighter shade (which is ok). Then my ID had that whole wall re-hacked and re-tiled.
