nyatoh door i think is hollow wan leh unless you specified SOLID nyatoh door and usually it will cost more.. ya my doors same as virgo as we using same ID ma..main door is solid and bedroom so called veneer door.. i felt that the doors a little light feeling and sounded hollow when we knocked..anyway i am not using the fire rated door also.. my cooker hood fit nicely with the top cabinet, no gap leh...unless your ID got the cabinet measurements wrong? btw the hood can be further secured at the back onto the wall tiles so that it looks more "fitting"

hihi, finally have time to ransack your blog..heheheh your yorkie very cute or silky huh? sorry cannot tell these 2 breeds apart read about the glass door that you all are talking about..actually i have a sliding glass door to separate the living and kitchen and also for the purpose of keeping my 2 devils in the kitchen while we are out.. this is the 4th day in new house and on the 1st & 2nd got to keep them in kitchen while deliveries came... my dogs so kanchiong that he keeps on digging the underneath and side of the glass door (just like trying to open it with their method) i see the whole glass door shaking so vigorously man..so scare that they will pull down my door... but Roy said is safe la so trust him lor.. so far no scratches as my boy "dig" few times liao and keep on "singing = whining" when husband put them there..... eh my house also have the so called ventilation hole but got sealed up with concrete or brick (cant remember) leh, no extra charges for me cos i changed the door frame and door as well..maybe you can ask your ID (if any ) about the extra charges?

hi all, does anyone know where to get nice looking trolley side table? similar to those selling at vhive but i thought theirs a little "rough" looking as my living room kanna taken up by huge sofa and tv console thus no space for a coffee table so thought of getting those which can double up as a drinks trolley during MJ session thanks in advance

thanks your reno in progress now? actually there are lots of nice laminates that we can choose but my theme is zen so walnut with white will be the best combi bah..anyway the white is not white is like cream with little gold dust, cos i dun like white but these gloss surface need to maintain leh cos i noticed finger prints whenever i touch.. err ya inner flame but i duno wat adv leh cos i seldom cook hahah but i heard is that the flame are much concentrated and since is inner, not to worry that the flame will go off if got strong wind..other than that i am not too sure either..ekkeekek i brought them from ID recommended shop at $720 but the price increased liao, if not wrong is $788

hmm tiling good, carpentry is good..i think only painting & plastering not so good..duno whether problem lies with the flat being too old or wat..i dun think i am very meow leh but the workmanship for painting & plastering really s**ks.... can see the uneveness, lumpy feel, scratches or even holes..worse of all, hairline cracks appeared almost on all corners with the trunking or gysump board....so i really wonder is it my house too old liao or the material they used or the workmanship... as for the shower door, ID told me will be greenish based 1 leh..not the norm meh? i also duno leh '1 panel fixed clear glass' is referring to the living & kitchen area lah the half height glass linked to glass sliding door in my previous picture..

duno whether your ID being a little dishonest or irresponsible or not..how can she tell you this only now? you need to nego with her on how to compensate you for the delay in handing over...maybe she take for granted that since you are staying with your parents for the time being so no harm in delaying a bit..simply just doesnt see things from your point of view...

no doors inner is coloured pvc (you can request for white also..) got doors inner is white think this is the standard bah, you can have coloured inner even if you opt for doors, be it cabinet or wardrobe = pay $$ my shoe cabinet and WIW (no doors) is walnut colour and kitchen cabinet inner is white..price ah, i also never notice leh..you got ask Roy bo?

sotong gal after read wat you written, i also cross fingers now as my common basin and tap not fix yet (which i love most!)..been left there for quite long and heard from ID that the hole cut from the vanity is wrong or bla bla la..hope my case can be rectified, if not i got to buy another tap and basin? hopefully not.. pictures leh?
