my contractor quoted $70+ pfr for Cresto as well.. sometimes cheap is really not good..

hehe maybe can choose a strategic hotel (as in not too ex for dinner) like what some of my frens do and then they made $$ from the dinner. important thing is guests must realize that now dinners are all inflated cos got GST la, service charge etc etc

hey thanks pp not sure if you can get doors with locks cos mine is using the original doors very stressed this week and the next. the tilers came to replace the hollow tile we found. rest of the toilet and kitchen tiles were alright. seriously not much complaints as the workmanship is very reasonable. Carpentry starts tomorrow. hope the quality is good.. and we have to go buy switches.. lights have to come in and aircon to be installed nxt Monday....

locks for the doors cos our home was resale so must change locks ma and somemore need the designs to blend in with the locks my doors dun come with locks hehe

sorry to ask does the energy consumption of a fridge, aircon etc affect as well? i mean as in if power is consumer 1-2hrs a day, and then the fridge got 3 ticks, compared to 2 ticks, will the difference be alot? thks ah
