tomorrow is D-Day!!! we will be meeting contractor to discuss on the quote and hopefully cut down on the prices if cannot cut down, hope we can get alot of free items (wishful thinking) the contractors wife said that raw materials had gone up by 20-30%. then i told her hacking is not raw materials ma, why so high anyway my wtb and I do not want to overshoot our budget they still have not quoted for a full length mirror for the dining and also a suspended tv bracket went to comex over the weekend. Very Crowded!! but we were not really fascinated over the prices cos we already have a tv from the fridge that we bought so we were hunting for a 37" for around 699. but this was the price for a 32" many of the 37 " were at least 1k! anyway there were many good deals esp for comps and tvs also went to the Teka sale but nothing much Nearby Manhattan furniture was moving and they were having a moving out sale nothing much there as well. wish us gd luck for tomorrow!!
