are the oils easy to wash off? will it have scratches easily? so what type of material are there for integrated sink? i think my fren wants to do this sink for her new hse also. she told me her current one leaked previously and got rust after sometime.

is integrated sink 1 whole piece together with kitchen top type? no joints at all.

i think doesnt really matter for concrete or wooden cabinet. its still individual preference over these pros and cons. for wooden cabinet, if u use undermount, also same procedure. - need to remove the kitchen surface (granite or solid surface etc) to replace the sink. no difference from concrete base. 1. more likely u should consider if u comfortable with the sink edges protrude out? - top mount 2. or u prefer to have convenience when preparing food at sink -undermount 3. if u are comfortable with the replacement of sink procedure -undermount 4.if u want the flexibility to replace sink easily - top mount 5.for aesthetic reasons? to each's own on which one looks nicer

me also had same question soometime ago. i chose undermount eventually due to convenience in sweeping water into sink easily. I dun tink i will need to replace my sink as sink rarely spoils. unless i overhaul my kitchen.

me is ard 1.6m. So I shld do 36"? but does that already include the solid surface height? is there a difference btw concrete sink and kitchen cabinet height? tot they should be the same since i using solid surface. its join 1 piece leh. u mean my stove must be shorter...but i am using solid surface it should be 1 piece same height.will my stove will be too high

Hi hi, anyone did built in oven? did u guys encounter any prob with ur kitchen cabinets after some time? me planning to buy a oven for first time and want to put it below my hob as my kitchen workarea pretty small. but not sure if we can do anything to better prevent cabinet from warping?

my actual layout: http://img370.imageshack.us/my.php?image=layoutsq0.jpg actually its rectangular not square shape as what i free hand drawn earlier. the reason i didnt want 2 to on is i afraid of glare frm the lights directly on top when i reading newspaper or book. i always find lights glaring when i read directly under it. my fren's house with false ceiling n downlights seems rather glaring thats why i chose this combi. so i tot if i needed lights for reading while watching tv i will on 1,3 and 4,10. if got gathering at hme and need alot of lights then will turn on all 8 or 10 lights(2 and 7 i dun wanna turn on unneccessary if its not too dark). save myself 2 lights worth of electricity hmm me think very very very long then come out with this combi. hope is it a bit too dark or weird like what u said hahha.. wonder if we are still able to change it after the electricity guy done his job with the false ceilings and lights up and sway sway discovered it is not really feasible?

wow didnt noe nova got such bad reviews.. we went last thursday and there was a sales guy named billy who served us really well. altho we ddnt buy anything at all. he didnt sound pushy. he can go on and on explaining many many things abt the sofa.the inner fillings etc. we tot the deals are good..something like 600 to 1000 discount for items that they are gg to clear away to bring back to msia warehouse during GSS so they can sell at super discounted price if we want to buy on the spot. as they save ono transport back and sell in msia with Ringget.

Will using storage heater solve the problem? my ID told me must use storage heater for rain shower. i havent install mine yet so duno the pressure also..hopefully no problem.

ya i guess that wld be quite a resonable price for the things u are doing. really nice design. worth every amt u spent on it i like the wet and dry kitchen concept . very good for entertaining guests..can talk to them while cooking just like those on cooking shows hee..

wow! nice! i never noe that beams on ceiling can be hack!?!!? should have ask my ID to apply to hack it for my house. strangely, all the ID that I talk to never once told me or suggest to me it could be hacked. then i wouldnt have any headache with the false ceilings. so disappointed...

me also find patrick over our budget by few k and decided to go with another ID who gives us more items and better overall discount . nvr try to bargain with him at all as i was skeptical if i'm able to bargain even 1K off the package given so much feedback frm the forum. so i drop them.

hmmm anyone got pic to show what is mirror with backing? didnt noe mirror will fall off after sometime. me also gg to do something like wall to wall mirror. dun really noe the technical aspects of mounting it though...i think mine's gonna be stuck to the wall. not like those with hollow space btw the mirror and wall type with cove lightings inside.
