I remember going down the first time on a sunday at 4 something pm and the guy there was very grumpy as they were closing at 5pm. it was still very crowded and we didn't know. We just went there cos we live nearby.Anyway, our id had their wallpaper in books and she brought it to our place and we chose from there as her own office was under reno at that time. Yes its D and not too bad la....we went to a few before bumping into her at expo more than 1 year ago. at least she bothers to listen and take into account what we want. In terms of getting the work done on time, everything was according to the schedule that V gave me. But as we are new firsttimer, i realise that you gotta actually tell exactly what you want. overall we are quite happy, but then again, we are quite slack one. think we only started work after 1 year on meeting her. she even said we are the only customers who paid her deposit and then disappeared.all the best for you home!
