Hi All,

Just bought a 3 room flat (upgraded, 65 m2) at Holland.

Original condition, hence, need to do up the whole house.

Running on a tight budget, need the following:

Hacking of all tiles.

Laying of all tiles.

Rewiring of electrical points.

Plastering of wall and ceiling.

New windows frames.

Aircon.

Plumbering.

Feature wall for TV.

Kitchen cabinets.

Painting.

Able to do the above within 15k?

Thanks and any recommendation for contractors.

I think your budget is too little. You have 10 items, so each items is about 1.5k (maybe aircon and plumbering can be below that, the rest is around there but the laying and hacking will be more).

And you need to add on additional items like debris clearing and etc.

might be able to squeeze in if you minus one or 2 items off.

no point paying for a feature wall(TV), now it's like a defacto standard, everyone's house got a featurewall.
