Basically , from what I rememeber , Thai Airways International is the only airline operating domestic flights from Phuket to Bangkok with 1 flight a day. Duration is ard 1hr 30 mins I've been there a couple if times. Both Phuket & Bangkok. Shopping wise , Bangkok is cheaper compared to Phuket. When staying in Bangkok , I personally prefer Pratunam area. It's basically like the central location on Bangkok. (or woman) Do you remember which month did you go to phuket and which area did you go? I am thinking of going end oct either to Patong/Kata or Karong.
