Hi, i'm selecting my new HDB soon, i'm confuse by the HDB's OCS scheme , HDB offer to install 5 internal timber door @ $1800 and ceramic floor finish @ $3000. Should i take the option or should i engage a contractor to do for me ?

Any bro/sis here can give me gd advise ?

i guess u have selected your unit in kim tian green as selection has closed yesterday. for the ocs package, i hope u hv not choose it..cos can easily get it cheaper outside. cheers
