got picture quality waving at left side....compare to OKTO channel..

As in OKTO is perfectly fine and the wave patterns appear on the left of the TV screen for channels 8 and 5?

yup..compare to my aunty LCD tv she only have the coaxial cable thicker...is there any different.

Can't help you there, since OKTO is showing fine means your TV is ok. How about borrowing your Aunt's cable to try it out. Could there be some electrical interference near your TV? Check this link (not sure if it is of any help)
