Alteration Before Top

I bought a sub-sale condo that's still under construction. Is it possible for me to make some changes to the unit before it TOP? For eg., if I would like to have a glass wall replace one of the walls of the room. I want to avoid having to knock down the wall after TOP to install it to avoid excessive costs.

Who do I contact though? Right now, I am only dealing with my lawyers who are dealing with the developers' lawyers but is there someone from the developer who deals with such things?
