Laminated Floor Vs Homogenous Tiles

I am confused. Currently I am looking to re-do my resale flat. Different ID of course will give quote based on their preferred Laminate Or Vinyl Flooring partner. Do I search myself and go direct to supplier? Or should I just inform the ID of my preferred brand?

For myself, I am using laminated flooring for my bedrooms and homogenous tiles for my living and dining. I think it will be better to let your ID give you a quote for your preferred flooring and then you do a average price comparison online(remember to take into account labour costs). If the price difference is not that much, I will suggest you let your ID do the work as they can help you coordinate properly. Of course, do get a reliable and committed ID, if not your reno process will become very stressful.

Thanks Weijie. Sound advice. Only I am unsure if the ID will be unwilling though but I will try.
