    Hello! Very nice flooring!! I am confused now... When I googled, it said Vinyl is better than laminate. When I asked ID, they said vinyl is better. When i read renotalk, it is the opposite. HELP!

    Reading your T-blog is addictive (some more reading from iPhone 4 - crossed eye liao!) that it is now 2am!! Congratulations on getting the keys. You succeeded in spoiling the momento when you broke the news on keys collection date. I thought you were already there up to that point! Haha. Anyways, nice 3D drawings, great concept choice and your many many many impulse purchases and being reprimanded on it haha. I can't wait to read on your next progress!! One question I have on flooring - you ended up buying from Bilrich (?) directly but who will do the installation? If it is not Calvin, does it mean he will reduce his initial quotation? The ID I like is partnering with Power Dekor (China Brand I think) but I love Inovar so I have no idea how to go from there. If you could share your experience, I would be most grateful! Right.     I am confused. Currently I am looking to re-do my resale flat. Different ID of course will give quote based on their preferred Laminate Or Vinyl Flooring partner. Do I search myself and go direct to supplier? Or should I just inform the ID of my preferred brand?

    Oh then that's not tiny budget! Hahaha. My flat is about 15-16yrs old at Dr.14. You will love Woodlands When is the completion date for you reno? It's good u get a place where they never reno before so you can do everything from scratch

    My budget is about 40K too but you managed to do quite a lot of hacking. How is that possible? I can't afford so will be hacking only floor/wall tiles of 2 toilets and kitchen wall tiles because I want to paint them instead. The rest = all overlay. I like how you transform your kitchen - very nice especially you can get a mini island there with the sink.

    Maybe I'll try to get my Chinese to help me navigate Taobao website heh. It's so cheap that it's becoming too tempting! Thanks for the cooker hob info and the link - will give it a try. I went to Meyer the other day, they have a set for like 1.2K-1.3K, can't quite remember the brand though.

    Hi. May I know how much you spent on Cooker, Hood and Oven from AsiaExcel? I am still figuring what I will need for my place. I tried TaoBoa last week but hmmmm I can't quite understand to navigate the website (for obvious reasons) so I think I will have to give this a miss. Maybe I will just find something in Malaysia instead. haha.
