Wall Advice To "block" Electromagnetic Waves?

Any advice on whether wall can be erected to block the electromagnetic waves from electrical relay station / power generator next to the pte house? If yes, what kind of materials should be used and how tall should this wall be raised?

errr...lead can absorb EM waves i think....if my sec sch physics is correct. But if you can prove that the EM from the substation is so strong, u better write in to PUB.
