How long do you need to hack and lay the tiles?

I bought a resale 5 room resale flat at Jurong West.

I wish to renovate my two toilet, can me please provide me the quote as follow:

A) Hack and change floor tiles and wall tiles

B) Change the toilet bowl

C) I have the vanity top installed on my toilet, possible to change the sink only without hacking and change the vanity top? The vanity top is granite so I wish to use it back.
