dean 5 Report post Posted November 7, 2009 I got a 3rm resale flat at Bukit Batok. I haven't been doing anything to this flat. I am not ready to move in and I am no idea when to move in. I don't have that mood to do this flat. Can anyone advise me the rental issue? Can i rent out a room if the owner is not living in the house. Does rental include utility bill? Do I need to prepare any rental agreement contract? Not neccessary right? I heard owner need to stay in the house if decided to rent out a room.
