Cleaning Prior to Carpentry?!?

Need to seek the advise to all who has finished or about to finish renovations. Does your contractor clean up the place aka chemical washing & general cleaning prior or after carpentry?

Chemical Wash is the last to be done.

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request
For common toilet after install shower screen such a small space how to bath ah?

Its still quite a large size. My hubby quite big size also finds it alright. As long as you are not doing major stretching & jumping exercise, there is more than sufficient space :)

hi fftw, wow your cove effect is nice. I've no ceiling work .. so I guess I can only admire others.

Thanks! But cove ceiling can be done even after you have move in. As long as you do not have any carpentry to hinder it. So its not too late!

NEW Exhaust Fans :)

The good news is that my hubby got the exhaust fans, which he wanted. But the cost! Its $145 for each exhaust fan verses $165 for each of our ceiling fan. The price difference is $20 but the size difference :o !!! My hubby, as many will say, have expensive taste.

Sorry limmike, I do not have the contact of the place for the KDK Fans as it was purchased by my contractor, Dennis. Get your contractor to purchase them for you, its cheaper :)
