cornycow 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 hi guys, i have a couple of queries and hope fellow forumers can help. my parents own a EC (we are staying in it), fully paid, and recently they are interested in getting a 4-rm resale flat in marine parade area as it is very near to my grandmother. - i assume we are able to stay in the hdb and rent out the EC - in the case whereby my grandmother moves elsewhere (she is renting with hdb and the lease could change), are we able to rent out the 4-rm flat and go back to staying in our EC? - is there any restrictions or rules that i should be aware of as a buyer of a resale hdb, and being a current owner of a private pty. thanks for your advices in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
