You should get different quotes and see what you come back with. Hmm ... if you add electrical works, curtains, furnishings, it could be another $10K on top of this quote. In the quotes, you should also convert it to units ... pfr to compare.

But looking at it quickly ...

$920 for wrought iron gate looks like it is some designer condo gates (which are also usually wider).

Wallpaper for master headboard area at $850 - you could consider non-Goodrich ones as this looks pricey.

u are doing so much carpentry, might want to consider a direct carpenter instead?

btw, u sure u want to put laminate flooring in balcony? Sure get wet one...unless u never open the window, which is unlikely...
