Installed a smaller aircon unit in our room which we wont really use, as itis a full wardrobe area and marking on the wall to tell the contractors how we want the aircon piping to be run.

Also today we just purchase all the lighting items from www.lighting.com.sg all the PLC down light and T5 are Philips brands.

hi, i love your white white glossy kitchen wall tiles!! oh ya mine floor also hv to use the foamy thing to raise the height otherwise would be too heavy. and i also saw mine have the iron steel (like gauze) also.

nice reno!! what a transformation you did to your 3 room! i used to stay in TPY 3 room too! like yours, toilet and bath area are separate!

When down today to view the house and saw this.. The workers plasting the ceiling did not cover up the new gas water heater.

SHEE!

I rang up Alan and shocking Alan got his workers down to clean it up within 30mins.. Amazing service and thumb up to Alan.

Anyway this gas water heater is from PUB and the very 1st item installed in the house.

Entrance to the bathroom and on the right would be where my washing machine and fridge would be placed.

2nd item staying in the house now. My 1 piece toilet bowl

Another view of the bathroom of where the full height mirror and full length vanity top would be installed, now just need them to wash up.

Alan was also great to help suggest we wrap up the shower mixer in-case it get damage or scratches.

Aircon arrive today ... Daikin Inverter and the new R410 gas.

Aircon bracket.

Material for false ceiling & light box arrive today, going to start work tomorrow.

Requested Alan to change a few windows panel due to deep and bad scratches on the white powder coat.

Insulation of the aircon copper pipe.

Wrap up with plastic for the gas water heater to prevent anymore dirt.

Did you check if your aircon compressor is SCREW on or just PLACED onto a aircon bracket?

As today my ID told me they dont screw the aricon compressor onto the aircon bracket as future it cannot be remove. But i am worried it may drop downstairs and hurt

someone...

So it is true that the aircon compressor is not secure onto the bracket via screws?

bolted or not bolted, it will still be flat owner's responsibility if something happens.
