how does it work when I have multiple suppliers?

Can I still take a reno loan to pay individual party?

I don't think you can have multiple suppliers...the bank only pay in one l lump sum and to 1 contractor only.

Hi Jolene,

Just to confirm. It cant be individual quotation from the air con installer?

It has to be in the signed quotation/agreement issued by the ID company, can't be individual quote from air con installer.

Hi Jolene,

Just want to be clear (I am bad with finance)-

Eg, If I require SGD20,000 or SGD30,000 Reno loan, payable 3 years, how much do I pay per month? And can you confirm that the amount which I'm paying is fixed (meaning I'm paying the same amount every month for that 3years)?

Please advise the difference between flat rate and monthly rest and how much I am required to pay per month using the different package.

Thank you!

MK
