Can I check what is a reasonable renovation cost for old 3 room hdb for total overhaul. Floor size is around 75 sqm. How fast can the renovation be Completed?

if you are talking about hacking of floors, should be about 1.5months. of course, this depends alot on what items are you actually doing too.

Total renovation for 3rm is ard 30k but also depend what you will be doing. I can pm u my contractor number and u can get a quote from him if you are interested. he is very honest and gentle guy. so far I have no problem with his workmanship.
