Recommended Posts

Hi ,

I am in the process of firming of my ID for my HDB resale EM renovation work... I need to check here for an realistic estimate if I want to do Granite floor Polishing as well Parquet varnishing/sanding/polishing ?  The rough estimate of my work below...

1) Supply labour & materials to polish existing granite flooring for living area est. 730 sqft
2) Supply labour to varnish parquet stairways and passage way est. 110 sqft
3) Supply labour & materials to varnish existing Parquet flooring for Level 1 (all 3 bedrooms) est. 520 sqft

How much would this cost & How much time it needs ? Thanks

polishing rates should be different because of different materials

That means if its the same material the polishing rates should be the same?

When it comes to tile polishing is not only the type of tiles that determine the price but also the type of polishing involved as well
